Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. My wife bought a brand new jeep from them three years ago, now the jeep shakes violently going down the highway. They claimed it was due to a failed My wife bought a brand new jeep from them three years ago, now the jeep shakes violently going down the highway. They claimed it was due to a failed steering stabilizer shock and they would install a new one. It's been several months since they have contacted us about doing this work. Meanwhile we have been spending several thousand dollars on rental vehicles. we have also tried several other things to fix the jeep such as all brand-new tires and wheel alignments. At one point they told us not to waste our money "throwing parts at it", yet they still have not been able to resolve the issue, and now we are stuck with a three-year-old vehicle that is unfit for road use. More

Corey and his manager Brian are rude and arrogant. They had my car for a month and a half and I got home with it and it didn’t start right. One of the seat controls came back broken. Corey took no responsibility for my car still not being fixed and accused me of breaking it I was a day late bringing the courtesy car home because my ex-husband punched my son in the face and I was in the hospital and they got upset with me. Connor was so great at helping us get the deal we needed on the car we wanted. My husband couldn’t come out to the test drive due to work obligations, but Connor was quick to suggest we take the car out for on the car we wanted. My husband couldn’t come out to the test drive due to work obligations, but Connor was quick to suggest we take the car out for the day so my husband could test drive it from his workplace during a lunch break. We didn’t feel pressured to buy extras that we didn’t need or like our time was being wasted. Both Connor and the finance office employee (Michael O.) stayed past closing to help us finish the deal, and there were still others being helped as we left the dealership. Overall very satisfied with our experience. More
