My former Chrysler dealer closed. Got a coupon for an oil change for $24.95 at Royal Gate Chrysler on Manchester Road. I knew it would be about $100, however, because the Crossfire takes 8 quarts of syntheti change for $24.95 at Royal Gate Chrysler on Manchester Road. I knew it would be about $100, however, because the Crossfire takes 8 quarts of synthetic, but figured they'd credit something for the coupon. I wanted to establish a relationship with a dealership near my home. Made an appt for an oil change to avoid long wait. Still waited over 1 1/2 hours and then was given a bill for $140 for an oil change---after $10 bucks off for the coupon! Protested that, telling the manager I'd never paid more than $105 at my former dealership since I bought it in 2004. He went back and "adjusted" the bill to $120. To compare, I just called Glendale Chrysler and their regular price is $114. Dobb's has a special now at $77. Moral of the story....don't use Royal Gate for any maintenance work! More
I originally bought my 2012 Ram on June 23rd last year. The sales manager was extremely pushy. He practically would not let me leave. We went back and forth on the price and it was still outrageous when it was all said and done. Afterwards, I realized I overpaid by $2700 and didn't even get all the features I wanted. After the sale, the sales rep was no where to be found to assist on any issues I had. They do offer free oil changes for life, however, I have had 4 oil changes performed. The first three took over an hour and a half to two hours to complete. It almost isn't worth it being free if it takes that long. I will not buy from Royal Gate Dodge again where they royally screw you. More

My family and I have purchased several vehicles from Royal Gate and have always been treated fairly in both sales and service departments. When issues have risen they work with us to resolve them the be Royal Gate and have always been treated fairly in both sales and service departments. We have purchased from other dealers in the past and have had good and bad experiences. we like how Royal Gate treats us like family. We are surprised to read some of the negative comments but im sure it is hard to please everyone, funny how the negative commetns are always from some one anonymus. More

As noted in many reviews, they are great until the sale. After that they don't care at all. Ya first time in sixteen years he did not get me fix up. Who ever runs or owns that place does not believe in keeping the customers happy and coming back this was the last time they will ever see me.They were a great place to do Biz with years ago but no longer. We have had our Dodge Journey in 8 times, thats right 8 times for the brakes, this time it actually went in also for the transmission being out at 39000 miles as well. They refuse to replace the brakes at no cost to us, even though they have the past 7 times, and even though they say it is the same problem. The corporate office refuses to talk to us. In other words, if a dealer is not going to stand behind there product that has had continuous problems with the brakes every 5000 miles then don't use them. It is YOU the customer who will be paying for them. We will never use Royal Gate Dodge again, and I can guarantee to you that none of the many friends that we have will use them either. The people in the service department were just rude. We bought a vehicle from West Bros Dodge many years ago and had a problem and that dealer stood behind it even though it wasn't under warranty. I guess his reputation was more important than Royal Gates. If and I do mean if we ever buy a Chrysler product again, we will go the extra miles and go back to West Bros Dodge. The sad part is, you don't always get what you paid for, and unfortunately we are still paying for a vechicle with many problems, and a dealership that does not want to acknowledge them. More
They are very friendly before the sale, but not very helpful after. I called one manager at least 10 times trying to get information that would help me for an insurance claim, and never heard back from helpful after. I managed to talk to him twice when he answered the phone, but he never followed through with his promises. This was a month after buying a new car from them. I walked into another dealer and they helped me right away. It was also a hassle getting some warranty work done. Stay away from them if you want any after sale service. More
Had a very good experience with purchasing my new vehicle. The car was just as expected, clean and filled for delivery. I was only there for 45 minutes and was on the road with my new car! And the great thing is I will receive free lifetime oil changes and tire rotations! This shows that the dealer cares about me after the sale and looks forward to earning my business in the future. I would recommend this dealer to my friends and family. More
