Exceeded my expectations We took our car in the night before our appointment because I didn’t wanna wake up that early to drop off the car. Great Service! Home screen went out on our 2017 Pacifica. I took up to Royal Gate Ellisville service department and they took me right in and said I would have to leave van with them. Gave me a free rental car and pulled it in out of the pouring rain so wife and daughter wouldnt get soaked. Next day they called and stated the system just needed an update and van was raedy to go. He said they were open till 11pm that night and we could come any time. I was treated like i was the only customer they had! Great service, better people. The young guy who helped us couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. This is another reason this is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from Royal Gate Ellisville and will keep buying from them. More
