They were so knowledgeable and helped me pick the best vehicle for my needs and gave me a great price for my vehicle. Everything about this dealership was great! It was an fun and easy process to buy a vehicle here. The dealership was very very clean inside and looked nice . It had a super comfortable waiting room with leather couches and a leather screen tv you could watch while you waited for them to detail your new car. All of the sale people were smiling as you walked in and they all were courteous and said hello to you. Richard and Ted also helped to explain different features on my vehicle to me before I left and even set up my phone to connect to Bluetooth so I could make calls on my way home. I highly recommend these salesman and this dealership if you are looking for a beautiful new car! I love my new Jeep Cherokee ! More

He helped me make good decisions as some of my initial thoughts were not the best for me. I had gone to three dealers previously and two of them were making me question buying a Jeep. The third I did not get far enough to assess as the sale consultant left and a new person was taking over. I was going to meet with a new Sales person, but I did not leave Royal Gate without a Jeep. I am very happy with my decision and would definitely recommend Royal Gate to any friends. Thank you for a great experience. More

Fixed fast and right Ellisville is a haul for us (way, WAY out in west county) but the lifetime oil change for $13 and the excellent service make it worth the drive. The staff is competent and friendly, and it happened to be a beautiful evening, so I got to read outside on the bench for a few hours while they fixed our van.
