Everything was good, except better info could improve financ I got very good pricing on the vehicle I was looking for! That vehicle on another lot was sold. But they did find a vehicle on their lot that was mor I got very good pricing on the vehicle I was looking for! That vehicle on another lot was sold. But they did find a vehicle on their lot that was more than what I needed but they lowered the price ! I did have to make changes to the financial paperwork after seeing some fees that were higher than originally thought. But the changes were quickly taken care of ! More

The sales team (Ted and Mark) knew that I was only interested in 4X4 automatic and made it happen. I couldn't be more pleased. It was a little more than I wanted to spend but I still feel I got a good deal with a lot of upgrades. They made the buying experience easy and as hassle-free as it could be. Anyone looking for a new Jeep, needs to give Royal Gate a visit. I've only bought a few cars from dealers in the past and always felt like taken advantage of, not here, they are very fair and professional and you will feel good about your purchase. More
