Dave Smith made it worth the drive from 180 Miles away! I live 180 miles away from St. Louis. I sent in a request to 15 different Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram dealerships in the St. Louis and Missouri areas from I live 180 miles away from St. Louis. I sent in a request to 15 different Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram dealerships in the St. Louis and Missouri areas from Joplin, Jefferson City, Springfield and Columbia. 6 of them did not even call me back, the other 9 did not even have the right vehicle in stock. Most of them could not even tell me anything about the vehicle or have any power at the dealerships to quote me prices. What a waste of time for me. Dave Smith at Royal Gate responded back to me in 5 minutes, Knows about everything there is about the model, gave me the price in writing, Found the car and had it reshipped to his dealership, So I arranged to come in for an appointment. They had the car pulled up, cleaned up, and ready for my visit. My salesman was Dave Smith. He presented the car to me, and was very pleasant, and showed no signs of any type of pressure. I bought a new 2019 Jeep Cherokee and absolutely love it! I was driving home with it about an hour after I arrived at the dealership. No hassles, No games, and no wasted time! It was one of the easiest, and most pleasant car purchase I have made in many years. Now I understand why they sell so many cars, and Dave Smith is the top salesman in Missouri. WOW! I was new to the buying process through a dealership but he was very knowledge and informative throughout the process as well as patient and not pushy about my decision to buy. I was assisted with financing by Jeff Simmons and he was very informative on the process and a pleasure to work with. Also, thanks to Victoria Vasquez for her the initial contact after my inquiry and thorough follow up in scheduling an appointment prior to my visit to connect all of us.
