Efficient and personable service I have purchased my last two vehicles from Royal Gate and have been pleased with their sales and customer service. However, my last service, which was just an oil change, demonstrated to me that they are making a concerted effort to please. The service area parking was full at my arrival but I was met by a technician outside the service bay who took the car, gave me a slip of paper to give to the receptionist who was congenial and quickly reviewed my service request/reservation. I mentioned that they looked very busy and she indicated they had one worker on vacation. However, my car was promptly serviced and I was escorted to check out. As I departed to my car (awaiting me at the door), another individual asked if I had been properly taken care of - very personal! So, in total, during what was obviously a pressure situation, everyone was pleasant and the service was accomplished promptly. Probably the best service experience I have received. Keep it up! More

Sold me a lemon and won't return calls I purchased a 2016 Jeep Patriot in February of 18 with 13000 miles on it. I have had this vehicle in the shop more than it has been in my possession. I purchased a 2016 Jeep Patriot in February of 18 with 13000 miles on it. I have had this vehicle in the shop more than it has been in my possession. In this short period of time, it has had the transmission replaced, computer to the transmission replaced and it current has a short in it in which I am told there are a bunch of aftermarket spliced wires and no other dealership will touch it. It has had over $15,000 worth of work on it. The vehicle acted as a rental for the dealership as I am told so whatever is going on with this car, they knew about it. The man that sold me the car is now fired and the woman that financed it is now fired. I have been trying to reach Danny Lebaschnig and he refuses to return my calls. No one will return my calls in fact, not even the owner Bob Kelly and the service department is refusing to not only work on my vehicle but refusing to put me in a rental and they are unable to say why. They only say that Danny did it. This is the worst place and after Denny LaBantschnig promised to trade in my vehicle with the original purchase price I paid for the vehicle, unfortunately I am unable to get ahold of him. I will be going to arbitration, a lawyer, and fox 2 news if I have to. More

New Tires Installed Just had a new set of tires installed and couldn't be more pleased. My Service Advisor, Tyler Greenwald, worked with me on picking out the tires and Just had a new set of tires installed and couldn't be more pleased. I ordered the tires on Saturday and had them installed on Thursday and was in and out of the service department under 3 hours. They did a great job installing them. More
