Royal Gate has been a pleasure to deal with. Royal Gate always assists me and tries to service my vehicle as soon as they can.They are courteous and always advise me on what the best options are. Royal Gate always assists me and tries to service my vehicle as soon as they can.They are courteous and always advise me on what the best options are. I will tell you that I had a problem with a vehicle and had it at another dealer to fix. My vehicle didn't always make the specific noise at the same time. The other dealer would not take me in when I called and told them it was making the noise right now. Royal Gate said just bring it in any time. We are here until 11 pm and will take it right in. I will not take my vehicles any where else to be serviced. More

Efficient and personable service I have purchased my last two vehicles from Royal Gate and have been pleased with their sales and customer service. However, my last service, which was I have purchased my last two vehicles from Royal Gate and have been pleased with their sales and customer service. However, my last service, which was just an oil change, demonstrated to me that they are making a concerted effort to please. The service area parking was full at my arrival but I was met by a technician outside the service bay who took the car, gave me a slip of paper to give to the receptionist who was congenial and quickly reviewed my service request/reservation. I mentioned that they looked very busy and she indicated they had one worker on vacation. However, my car was promptly serviced and I was escorted to check out. As I departed to my car (awaiting me at the door), another individual asked if I had been properly taken care of - very personal! So, in total, during what was obviously a pressure situation, everyone was pleasant and the service was accomplished promptly. Probably the best service experience I have received. Keep it up! More
