I was always very satisfied with the service and impressed by the knowledgeable service staff everytime I came in. So yesterday I decided to go to Royal Gate to look at purchasing a new Jeep. Not only was my salesperson, Todd, very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot (which believe me is rare) but he also was more than happy to help me with any questions I had. From the moment I walked in the door I never felt like someone was trying just to sell me a car. I came in with a pretty good idea of the vehicle I wanted but the entire experience was set at my pace. I think I'd have been treated with the same friendliness even if I had not decided to purchase that day. I ended up with a great vehicle at a great price.
