With an extremely busy professional life, I can't get to the service department within normal business hours. Thankfully, Tyler communicated everything to me, had everything set up, and Casey was there later in the evening to finish the service and get me my car. Casey to the rescue I came into the service department without an appt Friday night about 8pm. I ran over something on the road and noticed my tire monitoring system warn I came into the service department without an appt Friday night about 8pm. I ran over something on the road and noticed my tire monitoring system warned me that I was losing air pressure in a tire. I knew Royal Gate service department was open late and I immediately headed that way. Casey and his crew got me in, fixed my tire within a hour of me checking in. What could have been a big inconvenience turned into hardly an issue at all. Thank you Casey for your assistance and great customer service. More

Excellent Customer Service I have owned my first Jeep for 4 years now. Every time I bring it in I'm greeted with a friendly, fast and competent service advisor. I thought my extended warranty was better Hands free phone system does not work. The car is six years old with 91,000 miles. I never used hands free before but decided it was time to try it. T Hands free phone system does not work. The car is six years old with 91,000 miles. I never used hands free before but decided it was time to try it. This car has a history of radio/software related issues. An issue with the doors unlocking themselves when walking away from the car has never been solved after many visits over first few years of ownership. The radio has been replaced twice. In fact Chrysler gave me 16 free oil changes far all my trouble. I thought I was getting one of those only to find out there was A four yr expiration on those so I unexpectedly had to pay $60 for that. Checking out the bluetooth issue with the phone would have cost $149. If not covered, then I don’t lnow how much more. I therefore chose not to have it looked at. I would think that with all the softeare issues this car has had Royal Gate would have checked it out and got it working for frer. WRONG More
