Maybe he knew the Ram was the best truck I would find, but gave me the space & time to figure it out for myself. When I did, the deal was simple & painless. After our phone conversation, Pat & the team we’re committed to making sure I was happy & excited about my purchase. Unnecessary service suggested I went in for warranty repair, and I was told that Chrysler recommended 2 services @ 30K miles- 4X4 crankcase service and fuel injection cleaning. I went in for warranty repair, and I was told that Chrysler recommended 2 services @ 30K miles- 4X4 crankcase service and fuel injection cleaning. I looked at my manual, the Mopar site and carfax and these services do not show up on any of them as services at 30k. I like to trust my repair shop but when I get "advice" that is unnecessary, I start looking for new service centers. More
2 MONT CHECK UP & NEW FOB SERVICE WAS GOOD. ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS. THE TEAM WAS VERY COURTESY, AND TE SERVE WAS EXCELLENT AND HANDLED EXPEDITIOUSLY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND SERVICE WAS GOOD. Safety recall is now going to cost me $800 because I had work done on the problem part prior to getting the recall order from Chrysler. I guess not losing money on an extra part that needs to be replaced in work done on the problem part prior to getting the recall order from Chrysler. I guess not losing money on an extra part that needs to be replaced in addition to the recalled part in order to make the full “Safety” recall repair is far more important to Jeep/Chrysler then actually making sure the vehicle is safe. I had my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a dash replacement because it had started to delaminate. They did an excellent job with replacement and provided me with a loaner vehicle!
