Walked in two days ago and spoke to a sales representative outside the building. A VERY personable young man. I asked if he had time to show me some jeeps. He showed me ALL OF THEM. After we looked at them he asked what ones I liked. (Point one). After we narrowed it down he showed me two that fit my requirements. A red one and a black one. He then asked a service person to come out and show me around the vehicle. (Point two). At this point I asked if I could have a day or two to think it over. Absolutely no pressure was exerted on me to pull the trigger on a purchase that day. (Point three). I experienced a bit of cold feet and texted him about it. (Points 4 and 5) point 4 for him giving me his cell phone number. Point 5 for no pressure again. This sales rep Alex is my idea of how I like to shop. He did Not try to sell me anything until I approached him. (Point 6) I ended up purchasing a new vehicle. This was a great experience in what to this point in my car purchasing life has been to date suboptimal...good job David Taylor Jeep/Mopar. More
