Called once talked to a lady who laughed at me when I asked if something would be covered under my warranty she didn’t even check she just laughed. Called back again sat in hold for over 10 minutes then asked if something would be covered under my warranty she didn’t even check she just laughed. Called back again sat in hold for over 10 minutes then was disconnected called back sat on hold waiting for someone Wendy came on and when I asked about my warranty she looked it up and then told me I would have to call. Once I said “fine I guess. I would have thought since it was purchased there you would hold the info or be able to find it out for me but whatever I’ll call” after this Wendy said she would call. I called a tow truck who was able to jump start the vehicle so I called back and spoke to Wendy again to let her know and to tell her I was going to bring the vehicle in to them for a diagnostic check to be sure it was just the battery. I was told that everyone was in lunch and that they would try to get to it and that I was better off going to autozone or bring it next week. This was extremely horrible I went to AUTOZONE they were able to actually help and WANTED to help they did not make me feel ignorant or a burden instead they ran the diagnostic check and were able to help me. I have NEVER received this type of service from multiple people at this dealership!!!!! I wish Oliver C Joseph was still owning this business THEY ACTUALLY CARED ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND NEVER MADE THEM FEEL LIKE A BURDEN OR IGNORANT FOR ASKING QUESTIONS. More

My mother-in-law purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Jason and was very happy with the entire process. Jason was very helpful during the purchase process from start to finish, including going over all the operating procedures with my mother-in-law after the sale. My wife and I purchased a new vehicle from Kreg a few years ago and that is why we came back when my mother-in-law needed a new vehicle.
