Poor customer service.As I waited for my oil change on my truck, I looked on the showroom floor and lot, noone asked if I needed help. I saw people look at me and still nothing. Scheduling was easy. Needed a oil change on my 2016 Ram. The estimated cost was nearly $200. With the coupon it was $170 which for a oil change is not logical and way overpriced. I didn’t have a ride so The estimated cost was nearly $200. With the coupon it was $170 which for a oil change is not logical and way overpriced. I didn’t have a ride so I had to wait there. It took a hour and 20 before I noticed it was sitting outside clearly finished. I had to walk out and ask about it to get checked out and leave. Enter the truck to find that the sticker of the next oil change is 5000 instead of the 10k clearly marked in the owners manual. This is the second time this has happened. It is overpriced and they are not following the intervals which I suspect is intentional now in a effort to get more service revenue. I won’t be back. I gave it two chances. There won’t be a third. Kreg was personable and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing and very helpful in the car buying process overall.
