Misleading Sales rep Took my current car ('06 Taurus) in for a repair, and of course they come over to me saying 'how bout we get you into a new car that will have a warra Took my current car ('06 Taurus) in for a repair, and of course they come over to me saying 'how bout we get you into a new car that will have a warranty on it and not need repairs' Told me with my history of paying steadily for my car the past 27-8 months they should be able to get me a couple thousand trade in and close to my same payments a month. Alright, I'll listen.... But the first offer they bring me back is for double the monthly payments! I should have walked out then. But.... so let's talk about a '13 or '14 car instead. Couple test drives later, he says he's going to go look at paperwork for me... And after a 30 minutes wait (during which they were appearently running my credit through 10 different banks) they still come back saying that they can't do it unless I cosign again. Yeah, I was done. Couple weeks later, I start getting letter after letter from banks declining the loan they were trying to get, and apparently 30k loan when they were trying to sell me a 15k car! No WONDER they couldn't get me decent payments, and no WONDER I was declined! More

I waited 2 days, then called him back, he said he'd call me back in 10 mins, 2 hours later I called and left him a voicemail, and tried to get ahold of him many times with no luck, what a joke, apparently since I wasnt buying brand new I wasnt a priority to him. So I called the dealer one more time and talked to Jeremy Ball, against all my urge to go to another dealership my wife convinced me to give David Stanley Ford one more shot. So we went up there, didnt see the truck I wanted but they showed my wife and I a newer one that was probably a better buy. Jeremy Ball and Jerrod Roof were very helpful. We drove it and after about 4-5 hours of going back and forth with the payment we settled. Spent about 7 hours total at the dealership but ended up buying two 2010 F150s. finally on the way home in our trucks I was going through the compartments only to pull out the cup holder and the previous owners dip spit spilt all over my hand. Talk about being pissed off!! So I called the next day and told them that waiting 3 hours for the trucks to be detailed and to have this happen is a joke. my wifes truck didnt get washed, mine didnt get cleaned out. So if you want a clean vehicle dont rely on there detailers. Over all they the dealership was helpful and we got 2 nice trucks, but as far as the services they provide, not satisfied. More

When I pointed this out they brought the car back around where they had ripped off the old sticker and put on a new one. * Their finance guy said they are "trying to improve their image", * They refused to cancel a $500 service package less than 30 days after I bought the car. * Had to drive to their main lot to pick up my own paperwork because they were going to get it to me after the 30 day period. I will NEVER go back, I wouldn't trust them to change the oil! I only went there because of the Fusion, from now on, I'm sticking with Hudiberg! More

It seemed like a Bait Tactic, wasted a 45 min drive. Called the dealership and spoke with Todd (Internet Manager). I was looking at a used BMW they had listed on the internet. He told me that the car was available and to come and speak with Greg. We setup a time range that I would be there and he had my contact information if anything changed. I drive 45 minutes to come see the car, apparently they are purchasing a bunch of cars and have multiple lots. After finally driving around being told which lots to go to I finally found someone that was willing to help. He basically could not find "Greg" and told me that the car most likely is sold. Apparently Todd was to busy, and Greg was gone somewhere, so I was dealing with 2-3 other sales people. They told me that the car was sent to a cheap detail person, (at 8pm at night?) and that the car would not be available until the next day. Talk about a waste of time. The people didn't care how far I drove, basically shrugged me and my wife off to go find the next buyer.. I then get a call the next day saying "oh I guess you didn't get to make it out to see the car!" from some other sales person at the lot. I tell her the story, (Shawna) and she didn't seem to really care. The facts are, I was a buyer and was ready to purchase the car that night. Instead of >baiting< me there with the car I came to see and trying to sell me another car, they should have made it right. Call the "detail person" and tell them to bring the car back. I am going to another place that cares about customer service. More

My Purchase Experience I initially arrive at this dealership to "look around" and get an idea of my chances of getting another vehicle. I thought I would try looking at used I initially arrive at this dealership to "look around" and get an idea of my chances of getting another vehicle. I thought I would try looking at used cars 1 - 4 years old. When I first pulled into the dealership lot I was greeted by friendly and courteous staff members. When I parked, I mentioned I had an appointment, and was shown into the showroom, and offered a drink while they let the sales person I was there to see know I had arrived. I was about 20 minutes early, and the person I was to meet was with another customer. I was perfectly prepared to wait, however I was promptly greeted by three other members of the sales staff, who made me feel welcomed and like a valued customer. This all occurred within the first 5 minutes I arrived. I discussed my situation with two of the sales staff, completed an application, test drove a "new" car, (and loved it), was offered some options, waited a short time for calculations to be made, and then this information was reviewed with me. Within a period of time that seem to be no longer than 10 - 15 minutes, I was meeting with someone from the Finance Dept, and actually going over financing. I was very pleased with the option being presented to me, and once that information was covered, I was then signing paperwork for my new car! Great experience!! More

We had a good experience the night we bought the car, but got a call a week later to resign papers and they tried to jack the payments up by a large amount a month. Will never buy from there again! Would not recommend to anyone. Wish I had read the reviews before we decided to go there. More
