2014 RAM 3500 Longhorn, not really under 150K, and 6 codes I inquired about a used truck, and informed the dealership I would have to travel very far to come look at it. I had them do a walk around of the truc I inquired about a used truck, and informed the dealership I would have to travel very far to come look at it. I had them do a walk around of the truck over the phone with me. I knew it was used, and would have its issues; but they portrayed the truck to be in good condition. I was fine with that, and decided to make the trip with my family. The truck visually was very nice, but there were two obvious things wrong. CEL was on, and the truck had 12,000 more miles than advertised. I made this trip over a week ago, and the truck is still advetised with the wrong mileage. I asked them to check the CEL, but their shop was apparently either too busy, or not open on Saturday. If it wasn't open, that's fair; but I just so happened to have my code reader with me (not my first rodeo). The vehicle was throwing 6 engine codes, and was red on emmisions. One of the codes potentially requires a new ECU. I couldn't spend that much money on a problem, and I know that they couldn't sell it to me for what I would pay in its condition; but that's not the issue. False advertisement of mileage, and complete failure to tell me the CEL is on are not what I expect from a professional organization. I spent about $300 dollars on that trip, and wasted two days of my famiily's time. I understand the truck was relatively cheap, and someone may buy it in the future as is. But I shouldn't have to drive 400 miles to then find out there are problems that obvious. BTW, never saw the manager again after I pulled out my own code reader. I'm giving them 2 stars rather than one because the salesman did make a strong effort to communicate with me throughout our decision to make the trip. But they only get 2 based off either genuine obliviousness, false advertising, or something in between. More

2016 Escape I researched online for the car I wanted, found one I was interested in and went to the dealer. The first salesman that I talked was nice, i gave him I researched online for the car I wanted, found one I was interested in and went to the dealer. The first salesman that I talked was nice, i gave him the vin number and he and took me to it. Went for a drive, Told him I would get my wife and come back later. He gave me absolutely no pressure, made a couple of suggestions but no pressure. Did not try to take me to anyone else. When I came back, I had done further research and found a different car, he took me to it, my wife and i drove it and decided to buy it. While we were waiting in the lobby, one of the Sales Managers, Mark, came and talked to us, but again no pressure. We purchased the car that evening. Total time spent was about 7 hours start to finish. Best experience I have ever had buying a new car from anyone in 50 years of buying cars. I should mention that i also checked the price of the car in this area, and without hassle or suggestion, their price was exactly the same, we did haggle a little on my trade in but that is to be expected. " Most Excellent Vehicle Purchase Ever " I made an Inquiry to Internet Sales Saturday around 3 pm , To verify Price and Availability on a Vehicle we were Interested in , within a few minutes I made an Inquiry to Internet Sales Saturday around 3 pm , To verify Price and Availability on a Vehicle we were Interested in , within a few minutes my phone rang , and it was Aaron Church , We Visited just a couple of minutes and I could tell in his Voice that he Genuinely Cared and would take Care of Me , I shared this with my wife and away we went ,we Arrived at the Dealership at 4:30 , Met with Aaron Church , and Stetson Goss , we Looked at and drove the Vehicle we wanted , and after visiting briefly reached an agreement on the" Magic Number " , while doing the Paperwork we met the Sales Manager , Super Guy , and Everyone there was very Polite and Hospitable , offering Drinks , Food , or anything we needed ,and by 7 pm we were on our way home ,, David Stanley is Doing it right ,with the right people , making Car Buying Fun !!! My Husband and I came into the dealership with a particular situation but needed a car we both could agree on so decided to have a look into what they could do for us. We were first greeted by Coleman ( A new employee sorry if the name may be off), whom we spoke to about our situation first and he helped us start the process of our search. We were then met by 3 other employee's who sat down with us and listened to our situation and would eventually find a way to work with us. We were very lucky to have Aaron Church guide us through and find the perfect vehicle with the awesome help of the Sales Manager Dale. Aaron was very friendly and really went above and beyond to make sure our experience was a great one. Seriously, all of these guys made an outstanding effort in helping us get exactly what we needed and wanted and luckily for us within the same day!
