Service department had a long wait to get a loaner and had my vehicle for 3 weeks for repair. During the weeks it was in there I had asked for them to keep me updated on estimated time of repair and had t had my vehicle for 3 weeks for repair. Maybe recomend - if they weren't in a time crunch It took an hour and 20 minutes to get my old change. While waiting I visited the used car lot.
