lied to me on the phone Hi I called in and made an appointment to get my oil changed and was told that my first oil change would be free and that it would also rotate my tire Hi I called in and made an appointment to get my oil changed and was told that my first oil change would be free and that it would also rotate my tires. when I picked up my car I was told that tire rotation was not included in my first oil change because the use cars was paying for it, when I called in and made the appointment I ask if tire rotation was included and was told yes it was but I was told it was not included. I sorry that I can not afford a new car and I feel like I was treated as a low life and I well never buy a car their from David Stanley, and when I bought it I had to make an point that I was bringing back the car if the did not have to title and the release ready in 30 days, as far as i can say if they treat the customers like this they are going to run out of people to sell too...i bought a 2015 chev cruz from the use car lot and pay over 10,000 for the car i just feel like they could care less if you don't like it or not but the finial word comes to this i do not have to buy from you and this is to let others know how you treat some.... on that i have put all my faith in you too take care of my vehicle concerns, and they changed my radio so i did not know how to change it back i had to pull my car back in and get help to put my radio back the way it was... Won’t go there again. Brought in for an oil change and when I got my truck back, my step bars didn’t work because they left plugs undone. But rather than help with the issue. I am very disappointed in my service adviser Patty and many other employees of David Stanley. I was told that a part wasn’t covered on my cars warranty and was told I would have to pay almost $200. Lack of communication. My car was at the lot for 19 days and nobody would tell me anything about my car. When you call the dealership they send you to voicemail instead of helping you with an issue.
