The advisor tried to trick me by saying "here for oil change and tire rotation" when I checked in. When I said nope, just an oil change, she scratched out something she had already written on my sign in change and tire rotation" when I checked in. Then she informed me that diagnosing my problem would be 95 bucks...so I told her forget it, just change the oil. I service all my cars at their dealerships and they all diagnos for free and don't play silly games at check in. This was my first time servicing my vehicle here and will be my last. More

This was my first trip to the service department. I figured it would be a pain and take half a day for sure.
