Awful! They will not honor the warranties even when they say on the phone they will. Cooperate says they will cover it and any of the times we had to replace the part cause it was a recall. I have the benefits service card vip couldn’t use it to get a oil changed Because I didn’t come in the month that I was suppose to get a oil change that’s ridiculous.. & wanted me to pay for a oil change & get a oil changed Because I didn’t come in the month that I was suppose to get a oil change that’s ridiculous.. & wanted me to pay for a oil change & do my tires.. which is ridiculous not good communication skills lack of customer service, been having my card for 1 & some months.
