Shy was a superb technical representative involving the repair of our 2023 Tahoe. Vainly was also very helpful in updating the status of our 2023 Tahoe at each of the previous 5 visits to get the issue wit repair of our 2023 Tahoe. Vainly was also very helpful in updating the status of our 2023 Tahoe at each of the previous 5 visits to get the issue with the steering column resolved. There were numerous excuses given at each visit as to not correcting the noise and the friction/rubbing going on with the steering. Thank you to those that accomplished the repair, and alignment for the steering column concerns. More

Definitely will never be going back to use the service department. The lack of customer service is pathetic but they don’t mind charging you for stuff you didn’t ask for.
