I scheduled an appointment for an oil change at noon. The lady I spoke with on the phone told me I was the only appointment for that time, which was important because I had somewhere to be at 2:00 PM an The lady I spoke with on the phone told me I was the only appointment for that time, which was important because I had somewhere to be at 2:00 PM and I figured that would be plenty of time. Nope. I actually had my truck there a little early around 11:45 or so. At 1:50 pm John Ross said it would be about 20-30 more minutes. The job wasn't completed until 3:19PM. The price was appropriate for the work but who can afford to spend half a day on an oil change for a business vehicle? I've always had a great experience at David Stanley working with Jason Ludington and will continue to do so. . Received a call from David Stanley in attempt to make it right. They are going out of their way to help with this and I appreciate the effort. More
