One of the guys in detail that was gone that day had lost his father....just to let you know. It was a fill-in guy that was trying to help you. Others in that department went to be with the guy who had the loss. As I understand it, they offered you another detail free of charge, but you refused. It was your decision, but it was offered as a kind gesture. As far as the person you spoke with on the wheel, we know who that was as it was a huge deal to us to hear about it. When we investigated and called the customer back....we found that he loaned the vehicle to a family member and they had a flat on that very same wheel. Someone, in fact, did not tighten the lug nuts, but we weren't the last ones who touched them. Sometimes it helps to get all the facts before you write something about an experience you have. Especially when it is a "story" you hear (as one-sided).

There is no reason to touch an oxygen sensor when replacing a fuel pump on your car. Your car had the issue prior to bringing it here for the recall. Coincidentally, it happened after you picked it up. I'm sorry for your incident.

We discussed the windshield with you prior to purchase as well as the body damage. We offered to discount the car or to fix the items. You opted to take the discount. I not quite sure why you wrote this and think we took advantage of you. At this time, I would like to offer you another vehicle. If you are unhappy, we will get you another one. We just don't understand why you chose this one if you were unhappy with it. We have over 300 pre-owned vehicles here with access to 200+ at our other dealership just 10 minutes away.
