Long drawn out mess 2 months later my trade in still isn't paid off but has been sold. They claim this isn't there fault but haven't been making a very good effort to mak 2 months later my trade in still isn't paid off but has been sold. They claim this isn't there fault but haven't been making a very good effort to make it right. My payment is now 23 days late after they claimed to be making a payment on 10-30 nothing has been paid. I Feel like I have been lied to and pushed to the side. Upper management please read this. I understand things happen but please go the extra mile to ease the customers mind. If I hadn't bugged them then the bank would be looking to repo the vehicle I don't own and my credit would be suffering severely. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER PLEASE MAKE THIS RIGHT. More
