Tom Drummond saves the day!!! I was contacted by Tom Drummond regarding a negative review I wrote and he apologized to me for the lack of service and follow-up. I originally dealt with Kevin Byrd and Tyler Phillips, who only told me what they had to in order to get my business and then fed me to the wolves. Tom was immediately a problem solver and he definitely got the job done! He promptly set up time for m to bring my truck by and had my headlight covers shining within 20 minutes! He also personally dropped off the money to reimburse me for my out of pocket expense I had back in July. Tom is one of the best car professionals I've ever worked with and you better believe he gets 5-stars! I'll will refer business to him, because he is truthful, full of knowledge and truly cares for his customers and the dealership brand! Thank you Tom and keep on doing your thing! More
