Bad service Went in for oil change and tire rotation the oil change went well but two tires had little tread one had a big gouge in it even though it had some tre Went in for oil change and tire rotation the oil change went well but two tires had little tread one had a big gouge in it even though it had some tread left on it they wouldn't replace them I Have the tires for life Anyway I think they should have told me about them during service and I called back to talk to the service advisor about it so l came back out so he could look at them and they said one was like 4/32 the other one was bare on one side and some tread on the other with a goug in it he wouldn't replace them I feel they should have went in to a tire shop the next day they said one of them was about to blow I bought two new tires from them I will not be going back. More

I requested an after market modification which took much longer than originally promised and my salesman, Tanner, went above and beyond to work out some of the problems to get my vehicle delivered with the mods. Buyer BEWARE We thought that we had a great experience when we purchased our first vehicle here on the 14th of July, so much so that we went and purchased a 2nd. Boy are we mistaken!!!!! 1st the vehicle that we purchased on the 14th we still don’t have the title work to go get tags yet. We’ve talked with the bank financing it and after being lied to by David Stanley the bank stated they have had paperwork for less than a week. 2nd on the 2nd vehicle purchased they will have my vehicle for a total of 3weeks due to their detailing team using a razor blade on the windshield and scratching it all to xxxx! They have to replace the windshield and it will take another week! The only reason why it is being replaced is because we have had to call 3-4 times a day. No one calls you back and we don’t feel as if anyone cares about us as a customer. STAY AWAY More
BAIT-AND-SWITCH Found a vehicle advertised online that looked great at a good price. Called them on a Wednesday and spoke with a salesman about it, and then a manager Found a vehicle advertised online that looked great at a good price. Spoke with the manager again on Thursday, made an appointment to look at the vehicle that coming Saturday, and I was told the car had been placed on hold for me. He called Friday to again verify the appointment. I left Saturday morning to drive over 4 hours in the southern heat of August with no A/C. I called the dealership when I left and a few more times along the way to let them know I was on time. The manager "wasn't available" for these phone calls, but messages were left. I even texted the cell # he gave me several times with no response. When I finally got there, it took almost an hour to find out that they had actually sold the car that morning, then they tried to show me all these other vehicles. It worked out in the end, because I went back to Texas and found a better car with better options and lower miles for a better price. I guess I should thank them for screwing me over. More
