After that the Customer Service man showed me around the dealership and introduced me to the service side. Worst service center and dealer ever I have had nothing but continuous problems with this service center. And its amusing that they call before these surveys asking how they did to make s I have had nothing but continuous problems with this service center. And its amusing that they call before these surveys asking how they did to make sure they fix any problems so no bad reviews are written but people need honesty especially when nothing is being fixed. I can go on and and about every single problem I have had because there has been one every time I've gone to the service center but I'll only touch base on a couple recent. And it makes me so upset because I'm obligated to. One big problem I have faced is the fact that the manager of that department is NEVER there. And when I say never, I mean never. I've gone to not only get normal oil changes but for some repairs as well, so it's not like I'm only there once or twice a year. And since there has been an issue I have tried looking for a manager to speak to to address it and conveniently "theres not one there". Who runs the place then? Then, because I was tired of getting that answer that there was no manage working, I tried going inside the main building looking for a manager in there. Surely there has to be a head person of the entire building.... nope... no one. Honestly, not sure if there really are any managers working, or they just don't care to bother with clients and making sure they are taking care of. But there was one day, 2 or 3 weeks ago I did find someone who was willing to take down my information and pass it along. I thought, ok, that's progress. But nope, again, nothing. No one ever called me back. My last oil service I left 3 voicemails with who I was told was the service manager and never got a return call for that either. Its awful. Another problem that we keep running I to is we never get called when our parts are in. Like just yesterday I had to call myself after waiting about 2 weeks to just find out that yes, it was "been there and they didn't know why no one called me". That has happened to me multiple times. If I'm told someone is going to call me when the part comes in, that's what I expect. Not the other way around. I cant see when the part is there and I surely am not going to bother people asking especially if it hasn't arrived. It's just disappointing that people are not doing their jobs and theres no one there to manage it either. If I didn't have to go there, I definitely wouldn't be. And I tell all my friends and family to avoid David Stanley's at all cost. More
