Unpleasant After dealing with the sales people not yet test driving the vehicle. I was rushed to finace where I put 6k down then left with the vehicle. On my way home I stepped on accelerate the vehicle made a funny noise and lack of power. This all was on late Friday evening. after returning home I got up took the truck to a mechanic that works on my semi he pulled up 3 codes but check engine light was not on. I called David Stanley up told them they said bring it in so Monday I return to Oklahoma city witch is 156 mile drive one way. The sales people come out look take for drive and say there is no light on in dash I told them have a tech look so they had 2 tech and salesman drive when they returned the techs get out I asked whet did find they said fuel problem as I already had a picture of code they pulled out same thing keep in mind this is a Diesel engine. So they say leave it here. And no lowner or rent vehicle I go back to work 600 miles away and after a week plus I text the salesman he said the truck is still on the lift. So I call service manager and he said that it was out side and they are not going to fix it I asked why he said 1700 dollars I said then I don't want truck and would like a refund on my 6k down. After multiple conversations with manager and salesman tech they come out and said you sign contracts it is yours not are problems. At this time I've been without the vehicle had to rent one and 6k down. And gave to put another 1700 in the truck to fix it. mad is not the word. In the past I bought many cars from Ferguson in normand never had a problem going to pick up this peace of work from David Stanley take streight to Ferguson and trade off. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DAVID STANLEY IN OKC More

Customer Service needs work I purchased my brand new camaro from David Stanley back in 2014. We purchased multiple add on maintenance packages. It has been a battle EVERY single I purchased my brand new camaro from David Stanley back in 2014. We purchased multiple add on maintenance packages. It has been a battle EVERY single time we have brought the car in for oil change or maintenance, with you continuously being unable to pull up the information in your system. While yes, you do eventually find the info, and we are not held responsible for the services, it is extremely aggravating to have to go through the same conversation every 3,000 miles. We have been treated like idiots every single time we have brought the car in. As if we don’t know what we are talking about. And then no apologies by the end of the service appointment when what we are stating ends up being accurate. Last year we brought the camaro in for oil change, and was told, yet again, that our pre purchased package would no longer cover oil changes. We still do not believe that to be correct based on what we were told at time of purchasing the camaro. The lack of communication, organization, and the way your representatives speak to us is nothing short of unprofessional. So needless to say, since then, we have been taking the camaro elsewhere for its oil change. Solely based on the fact of how badly we are treated every single time we come in. The men in the service department are flat out rude. Never the less, I did schedule my last oil change with you all. I came in knowing that oil changes were no longer covered, and had no discussion otherwise. When the service was completed, the service rep treated my wife as if she was a complete idiot because she was not aware that the camaro needed new tires. I explained that we have tires for life, but of course, yet again, that was denied. First, stating that offer is only good for 2 sets... which we have only had the tires changed once. Then stating because we did not bring the camaro in to you all for the several prior oil changes. I must ask why you all expect your customers to come in for service, when you treat them so horribly. This isn’t a once in a while problem. It has been literally every single time. I have taken perfect care of this car. It is in near perfect condition. But seems to me that you all will talk your customers into purchasing additional packages, with absolutely no intentions of fulfilling them. More
