Stressful but they (Martin) did an amazing job. They got me into the car I wanted. It took longer than probably typically expected, due to an unexpected mishap, but Martin always was there to answer They got me into the car I wanted. It took longer than probably typically expected, due to an unexpected mishap, but Martin always was there to answer any questions I had. The service department was amazing! Had another mishap there but they were able to get my car in to get the oil changed and dealt very well with my mental breakdown in the meantime. Rude and rude First off when i showed up i was ask if i had an appointment. I did not because the vehicle just messed up on my way home that night/morning. (0100-05 First off when i showed up i was ask if i had an appointment. I did not because the vehicle just messed up on my way home that night/morning. (0100-0500). I got home and took a nap and woke up and brought the vehicle in. I was told i needed to start making appointments. Well that would be ok if I could see in the future and know when my vehicle would mess up. Then I was told it would take a week to get it in. I said i don’t have a week to leave my vehicle. So then i was told, “i meant we will look at it next week”. (I brought it in on a Friday morning). Next i was ask what was wrong with the vehicle. I told the lady (patty) i had 2 alerts that said stabil track and traction control needed serviced. I also told her that the vehicle had went into “reduced power mode” and she instantly said , “no those alerts wouldn’t make the vehicle do that”. Well yes i drove from Texas to Oklahoma not being able to go over 3k rpm so it xxxx well did. It’s frustrating to have a problem with your vehicle but then to have someone treat you like your lying to bring in your truck is aggravating. Next she said it would be 95$ just to look at it, I said it was under warranty. She ask me how many miles, i told her and then she said, “yes it’s under warranty unless it’s broke” — what does that even mean? Of course it’s broke or I wouldn’t be here. My wife buy all her Tahoe’s from you guys but after this I’m going to persuade her to look elsewhere More
