My initial interaction with the service department was less than excellent, but I have to give David Stanley credit. Once they learned about my issues the service manager contacted me and made everything less than excellent, but I have to give David Stanley credit. Once they learned about my issues the service manager contacted me and made everything right. I can’t stress enough how much this means to me. I was very disappointed with all the repairs I had done in my vehicle. No call back on it or an explanation whatsoever. My vehicle was not working properly and no one told me about running a drive test on in my vehicle. No call back on it or an explanation whatsoever. I don't like your store. When you were done with my truck. You came out and told me it needed some filters but I would have to schedule another appointment to have it done. Very inconvenient for me but I'm sure that does not matter to your store. I have bought a new car or truck every 3 or 4 yrs since 1968, This truck I got from you in March of 20. My first new truck bought in Oklahoma. I am from Wisconsin. The way your sales team treated me would be illegal there and should be here.. This engine and tires guaranteed for life. There was no mention of the extras that cost me to keep it in effect. Not mention the new filters 19,000. I haven't needed a new air filter before 45,000 miles since the 60's and the cabin filter needed to be changed because of mileage? Really? I am the only person in my truck. So I doubt the need of both.m I looked ta both filters and they seem like new to me. I have visited another Chevrolet dealer in OKC, Seems like they are more like what I am used to, Buying a car or truck should never take more than an hour two at best if you are ordering it, Oh one more thing they should give you your keys back when you asked for them.
