Started 10/08/22, My husband had done a credit app online and was immediately connected with David Stanley Chevrolet. We were told we were pre-approved. We didn't have a vehicle to get there so alot o online and was immediately connected with David Stanley Chevrolet. We were told we were pre-approved. We didn't have a vehicle to get there so alot of promises were made to entice us to work harder at getting a ride. "We will reimburse for an Uber, or gas for a friend that can get you in here"! My mgr will even write you a check for $7k for down or Cashback or whatever! So a couple days for by, texts are and calls are daily!. Finally I ask "How sure are you about me getting in a vehicle, if I get a ride there? "Aaron S. (A mgr) "I know you will be going home in a vehicle today", he stated! So I pay a taxi from Shawnee to OKC! I was even told by Autumn, "This is pretty much a done deal"! "My mgr is still cutting checks for $5k, so get on down here and let's strike a deal"! She also stated if I could get there they would get me in a vehicle! Well I got there YET NOBODY that I had dealt with was there! I even called to make sure my arrival at 8 pm would be enough time to get the deal done! Autumn said that's plenty of time! I arrive and in the door about 10 minutes then. I'm informed they can't help me They HAVE LIED about everything! They refuse to reimburse him for ride now will they help him get home! So from approx 845pm to 1030 STRANDED in OKC! 10/13/22 App 830am Aaron S. Called Tim and offered him $60 for reimbursement for taxi IF HE WOULD TAKE THE REVIEW DOWN! Tim told him he would IF HE PAID him back for the $76 Taxi! Aaron had a few loose ends to tie up and a game of golf today than he would get back with him around Noon! Now IT'S 3:55PM AND YET STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING BUT. Text saying he would get with Tim soon, @ 230PM! WE REALIZE NOT EVERYONE CAN GET FINANCED! BUT LYING TO GET CUSTOMERS IN, IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS!! 4:55PM rec'd text Aaron will call tomorrow! More
