Will not be back. Took car in for oil change. First, service department had someone else’s name on my vin #. I had service there many times. Second, was told my coolan Took car in for oil change. First, service department had someone else’s name on my vin #. I had service there many times. Second, was told my coolant tank was empty when it wasn’t. Service advisor said they would fill it. When car was ready, service advisor said they wouldn’t fill it because lube tech said there was a leak. If they filled it, it would just leak out again. I would have to pay $150 for a diagnostic test and bring back a different day. There wasn’t anyone there who could do it then. Only had lube techs there. Husband called service dept wanting to know why they wouldn’t. A different service advisor, Patty, told him they did fill it and it just leaked out. Husband looked under hood and with the amount of sit you could see everywhere the tech touched. The coolant tank had not been touched. Was lied to when he were told they did fill it. When asked Vianey when he was told that. She wouldn’t answer. Just kept saying I had to schedule an appointment for a $150 diagnostic test. Also, was told need a new battery when the positive cable was just loose. Service manager, Berry, refused to talk to us. Tried several times was always told he was on the phone. UPDATE: Barry from David Stanley reached out. Said if we changed review to 5 stars he would give us two free oil changes. No resolution reached. More

Attempted to coerce me into signing a different contract than the original one I signed the day I bought the car. Higher interest rates, higher monthly payment and 12 months added to the term. When I wouldn’t sign the new contract they physically stopped me from leaving the dealership by parking cars inches from the front and back of the new car. Also, wouldn’t give me the keys to my trade in (because they repaired it without approval from me before securing financing for the new car). This is in violation of the spot delivery agreement I signed. Police were called and I was finally able to leave with my old car safely. Very scary and intimidating situation for a single woman. More
