For one, I would not recommend ANYONE to buy a new/used vehicle at this dealership. You are better off-ANYWHERE else. I price watched a vehicle for over a month when I inquire about the vehicle the price j vehicle at this dealership. You are better off-ANYWHERE else. I price watched a vehicle for over a month when I inquire about the vehicle the price jumped from 41k-46k. They told me a trade in value number on 7/10 and on 7/13 they would not honor that value and even decreased by $1,000. I was told the price hike for the vehicle was due to new tires- I drove the vehicle with bald front tires and tires less than 20% on the rear end. I ask about this concern and they said they would replace 1 tire. I walked out that night. They call Monday 7/15 and say they will replace all 4 tires cause that’s what they were doing anyways and why they price jumped the vehicle. But….. they wouldn’t order the tires until I signed the contract?? Seems fishy. Nonetheless, I do the deal and they say the tires will be in within a day or 2 max. It was 4 days later and they used a complete different tire than what was on the vehicle. A value of -$900 from what they had told me on the phone. I go pickup the truck finally on 7/18 and the truck has no volume or sound. No FM/AM, Sirius XM, Bluetooth absolute zero sound coming from the vehicle & the Gas light was below E saying low. Very odd considering any other dealership I have bought from new/used has filled up the vehicle that was being purchased. So they take the truck back AGAIN and say it will be potentially finished by the end of the day, then they say it will be ready tomorrow for sure and not to worry about it. Guess who’s vehicle is still not ready….. MINE. Most recent update was midafternoon today saying the part is in to fix it but it will be fixed by the end of the day or Monday…….. Isn’t the service center open on Saturday???? I just want my vehicle that I clearly overpaid for. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. More
