Good this time I have visited and bought from DS many times over the past 15 years. Some visits were not good and others were. This visit was surprisingly well. I was upside down in my vehicle and they absolutely honored their word with trade and sale price of the vehicle. Terrible parking not what we expected First, you don’t really know where to go when pulling up. No one comes out to greet you when you do pull in to the service center. We were told we had the free oil changes for life and then we’re told there were two warranties and we didn’t get the free oil changes warranty. Which doesn’t make sense because that was one of the reasons we bought the car. Not the worst place ever. Just not that great either. More

Sales Manager Sucks I have been in the market for months on purchasing a new Jeep Wrangler and with nothing in StL fitting what I wanted in my price range David Stanley l I have been in the market for months on purchasing a new Jeep Wrangler and with nothing in StL fitting what I wanted in my price range David Stanley looked like the best option. But at a 7 hour drive I wanted to be certain this was the Jeep I wanted. After many phone calls throughout the week about a particular silver 2 door Jeep the sales manager Kyle Williams told me that he put the vehicle aside and it would be ready for when I got there on Saturday to come and purchase it. So I make the trip Friday night and get to the dealer first thing Saturday morning to see the silver Jeep I drove all this way for. First off he hasn’t even had the vehicle detailed and it was dirty as all can be with dust all over. I brushed that off because this was a new 2018 and it had been sitting for a long time. We then proceed to go over the features and how to take the top off to go for a test drive. Then we take it on a good 20-30 minute test drive to check out the vehicle because I’ve never owned a Jeep before. We get back to the dealer and begin to start paperwork as I have fallen for this Jeep and do love it. After my initial offer on the Jeep Kyle then tells me that someone late the night before has put a deposit down on the Jeep and I can’t have it. After driving 7 hours and investing another 2 hours into looking at this Jeep I then have to go about looking at others. I wound up finding a 2 door black Jeep I do love and enjoy and ended up purchasing it from David Stanley. I feel as though I wasted my time looking at the silver Jeep and put more miles on someone else’s car that they then planned to own the next week just because I fell in love with it and was told no More
