Get it in writing Make sure you get everything in writing. After being told by multiple salesman that my TT&L would be included in my loan, no one has any documentation Make sure you get everything in writing. Very good customer service, just a long wait. Customer service was awesome. Chris took good care of us and showed very good customer service there was a gentleman that stepped in and offered assi Customer service was awesome. Chris took good care of us and showed very good customer service there was a gentleman that stepped in and offered assistance when we were in the waiting area and a young lady that we paid and they both showed excellent customer service. The wait was longer than expected and that is really our only complaint. They were very busy tho. They do provide a cool and comfortable place to wait and that is appreciated. The tv helps past the time. Thank you. More
Maintenance and service 12 July 2019. Several friends’ informed me not to use this dealership for anything, but I decided to stop in and inquire about some service. First of 12 July 2019. Several friends’ informed me not to use this dealership for anything, but I decided to stop in and inquire about some service. First of all, getting into the parking lot is dangerous and ridiculous. Vehicles were blocking every entrance/exit and parked along the curb. I had to wait in the street for several cars to move before I entered the lot. I can understand limited space, but someone needs to review the parking/entrance situation. I have a 2012 Jeep Wrangler, and the clock spring has gone bad. A young man in a red shirt greeted me when I walked into the service area, and I explained my issue and asked for an estimate. The system indicated $675.00 to replace the clock spring. $500 alone was for the part, a part which I can order online for $150, the same OEM part. That is ridiculous David Stanley charges that much more for parts. I called another Dodge dealership who asked me for my VIN and explained there is a manufacturer extended warranty on that part. So they will repair it at no cost to me. Why didn’t the young man ask me for my VIN and save me some frustration? At this point, I will never visit David Stanley again. Please review the parking situation before a serious incident occurs. More
Dealership Disaster! It was not a typical car buying experience to say the least. The salesmen seemed to have very limited knowledge of the products and options that they It was not a typical car buying experience to say the least. The salesmen seemed to have very limited knowledge of the products and options that they had available or not. As I was waiting for the finance department to finish up my paperwork, I heard a woman yell out the n word towards another man and I asked the car salesman if he knew why that couple was fighting he said they are actually coworkers of his. Those two were cussing each other out in front God and everybody. I was surprised when he said they were other salespeople that actually work there. I said something about to the finance person and he said oh that's nothing they just had to have the police up there a few days ago in order to remove an unruly salesperson. Im sorry, but people don't want to be in a place trying to conduct honest business and have to experience that type of nonsense especially from the people that work there. I was also not happy when I left and noticed they only put a quarter of a tank of gas in my new vehicle. I have purchased about five new vehicles in my life time and this was the only time I ever left without a full tank of gas!! I mean come on I just spent 40,000 at your dealership and you cant take care of your customer? So much for CUSTOMER RETENTION... They also did not attach my paper tag properly, it was only attached with one screw and flapping around in the wind. I guess at this point its needless to say that I will not be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership and what a loss to them when I told them that I run my own courier business. You would figure that I would be needing to upgrade my fleet of vehicles and add vehicles to my fleet but no.... they were more interested in hitting those short term numbers and pushing me out the door and on to the next sale. I mean really who lost there?? Well just like they say with about anything and everything in life.... BUYER BEWARE!! More
