Good thing I did. a s I had an issue with my truck running smoothly. I called DS CDJR and was able to schedule an appt for early the following day. Good thing I did. a squirrel had made a nest in my trucks engine bay and had chewed up the wiring. A mechanic started on my truck within minutes of checking it in. All wiring under the hood had to be replaced. At the end of a long day, I was able to drive my truck home. It runs like a new one again. I could not be more pleased with the efforts put forth by my mechanic and with the service writer who kept me updated throughout the day. More

Sold a car then forced and tricked into returning it I began researching used cars online around November 4th, 2019. I chose the car dealership, David Stanley Chrysler Jeep Dodge based on a few used car I began researching used cars online around November 4th, 2019. I chose the car dealership, David Stanley Chrysler Jeep Dodge based on a few used cars they claimed to have in my price range. I was concerned about financing and my credit in part due to recent divorce. Because of this I called a day in advance to see if financing would even be possible given my circumstances. After submitting my information online, I was told “You are pre-qualified and we have plenty of lenders ready to work with you. You just need to come in.” I visited the dealership on November 5th and after test driving a used vehicle the salesperson requested my credit application. I was told that I was not eligible to finance the used vehicle but I could likely be eligible to purchase a new vehicle due to incentives and rebates which could assist in offsetting the negative equity of my trade-in. 11/5 – I was told explicitly I was approved for financing and left with the vehicle that day. 11/11 – I returned to the dealership to have my car detailed. 11/20 – I received a voicemail from a gentleman in the finance department in which he requested that I come to the dealership to verify the VIN and/or stock number of the car. There was no mention of any issues with financing. 11/22 – I returned the call but he was unavailable. I decided to call another gentleman in the finance department to get more information about the issues the first caller had described. He mentioned an issue with financing. This was the first time anyone with David Stanley CJDR mentioned any issues with the financing of the vehicle that I believed I had purchased on 11/5. He requested copies of my paystubs which I emailed the same day. He lead me to believe that the paystubs would assist him in finding a new lender and he stated he would get back to me. 11/26 – Once again, I followed up with both gentlemen in the finance department. They requested that I come into the dealership to sign new paperwork. I asked him to let me know when he had found a new lender so we could discuss the terms and I could come into the dealership to sign the paperwork. He agreed and said he would get back to me. 12/2 – I received a call from the first gentleman in the finance department in which he again mentioned an issue with the VIN and/or stock number. He also mentioned coming into the dealership again to sign paperwork. They also suggested that if they weren’t able to find a new lender we may need to consider looking at a different vehicle. I agreed to come in that day and called to let them know I was on my way. Upon arriving, I requested to speak with the gentleman in the finance department as instructed. Instead I was approached by the original salesperson that informed me of my approval on 11/5. He told me at that time (in a lobby full of people) that David Stanley CJDR would be taking back my new car after almost a month with no explanation. Upon further inquiry, I learned that there was never an issue with VIN and/or stock number. I also learned that neither gentlemen in the finance department never had any intention of having me sign new paperwork nor were they interested in seeing if I would qualify for a different vehicle. Instead they lied and deceived me to get me to the dealership and take my car without even allowing me to prepare. Neither of the gentleman in the finance department would speak to me after I arrived at the dealership. I was blindsided to learn they would be taking my car the same day. Instead another man who claimed to be the Director of Finance, came out to speak to me. Again this all took place in a lobby full of people despite my request that we continue this conversation in an office, which is a clear violation of my privacy rights. He informed me that banks typically have 24 hours to officially accept or reject an auto loan and my loan had been rejected back on 11/6. Despite my appearing in person at the dealership on 11/11 and speaking to several employees directly involved on multiple occasions, they offered no explanation as to why I was not informed of the financing denial until after I had been driving my new car for a month. The Finance Manager was unwilling to consider any additional factors despite what I was told by both gentlemen in the finance department. David Stanley CJDR intentionally lied, misled or deceived me on multiple occasions: 1. They informed me several times that I had been approved for financing of this vehicle. It was never indicated that this was a contingent approval. 2. They failed to inform me that financing was not approved for almost 4 weeks while I continued to drive the car with the belief that I had purchased it. 3. They were dishonest over the phone on multiple occasions about their intentions to help resolve this issue. They intentionally deceived me in order to take my car without warning nor allowing me prepare More

My last se I have been using David Stanley to service my Rams for several years, they always do a great job getting me in and out in a timely manner. My last service was an oil and fuel filter change on my 2018 Ram 2500. Chad was my service contact, he got me in, handled the service and they even competed a warrantee recall on my 2500 at the same time. Great Job Chad and the rest of the crew!! More

Good Deal & Great Service! At first our experience was a little rocky - we called to make sure the vehicle we saw online was still there before we drove 4 hours to see it. When At first our experience was a little rocky - we called to make sure the vehicle we saw online was still there before we drove 4 hours to see it. When we get there the person we were texting about the Jeep ghosted us and we think it was because she realized the Jeep was actually at the fair and not there. Tre stepped in as our salesman and when he discovered that the vehicle we wanted was at the fair he went to a Manager to figure out what options we had as far as purchasing a car unseen instead of apologizing for the mishap and walking away. Tre did a great job in customer service by making us feel comfortable and secure that things will work out and they did! Tre is now my go to car salesman even if he is four hours away! More
