The service department is always friendly and completely checks my car out when I’m for oil changes. I inquired about updating my navigation and was told it was $150 charge in addition to paying for softwar checks my car out when I’m for oil changes. Went one night after work after we were told the vehicle we were looking at online was there. Drove 1 1/2 hours there only to find out that one of the managers drove it home for the night. Talked to a manag we were looking at online was there. Drove 1 1/2 hours there only to find out that one of the managers drove it home for the night. Talked to a manager to make sure that they could offer financing and payments in our budget, was assured multiple times that if we came back in the morning that the vehicle would be there and that they could finance the car with affordable payments. Called the next morning to make sure everything was still good before we made the drive again. Was told that they ran my credit and that everything was good to go all I had to do was test drive and sign. Got to the dealership and waited there for three hours for them to make a offer that was $250 more a month than what we had discussed the night before. Was told that if I picked a different car they could get it lower. We were lied to, put in the middle of salesmen fighting over whose customer we were, and then lied to some more. Horrible experience and even worse customer service. More

Fair experience I called to make sure the vehicle was available. It was I made an appointment for 7 PM. On Saturday .Got to the dealership the vehicle was not availab I called to make sure the vehicle was available. It was I made an appointment for 7 PM. On Saturday .Got to the dealership the vehicle was not available. It had to be brought back to the dealership.That was not that big on an issue... Wasn't intending to buy, but I thought the vehicle was prices fair and it was what I was looking for so we bought the vehicle. I told the salesman that I will pick up the vehicle on the following Monday when I bring in my trade in. The salesman said that the vehicle would be detailed and ready to go. Got to the dealership on Monday afternoon and had to wait on my vehicle. The detail job was shotty at best. The salesman should have said well clean the vehicle. BIG difference. There was only one key fob with the vehicle, when I asked about another one. I was told that it wasn't in the contract. I would have purchased another key fob. When I asked the salesman he said you'll have to go and find someone to help with that. My salesman was a nice guy, but he needs maybe a little training. I also would have liked to have been told the vehicle only had 1 key fob. So, I will go to another dealership to purchase one. The Finance guy was great. And nobody offered a business card.. As a positive everyone was very friendly More
Awesome!! We had a rough experience locally so decided to come to David Stanley, everyone was so nice and they got me into the car I wanted at an amazing price! Way less than I would've paid elsewhere and knowing I was from out of town they got us in and out by lunch! I can't remember who helped me out in finance (I think his name started with a J, sorry!!) but they beat our bank's interest rate and helped me out with ttl since we were from out of state! You guys rock!! :) More
