Excellent service for my truck issues On a recent trip from Denver Colorado to Oklahoma city in February 2020, my truck started to experience some smoking when it was climbing hills on the On a recent trip from Denver Colorado to Oklahoma city in February 2020, my truck started to experience some smoking when it was climbing hills on the highway under cruise control between Amarillo Texas to Oklahoma City while pulling my travel trailer. We watched the issues closely and eventually made it to Oklahoma City. I took my truck into the service department the next day and was contacted by Chad Leniger in the Service department. I explained the issues that we had encountered and also let Chad know that the need for finding out the issues were critical as we would be returning to Denver Colorado at the end of the week. Chad took the truck into the service bay and had one of the available technician's start on investigating right away fore the issues that we had encountered. After about 2 hours Chad brought me the news that they were not able to find anything obvious such as a blown head gasket that might have been the cause for the truck smoking but would continue to investigate. Chad said it would take the rest of the day and asked if I had a ride to pick me up so I didn't have to wait at the dealership all-day. I explained that my ride was in the service bay. Chad was able to arrange for someone at the dealership take me to my campsite east of town in Choctaw. I received a call 2 hours the next day after the dealership opened from Chad and he explained that they had found the transmission dipstick was showing that it had been overfilled and was running out of the dipstick tube when the vehicle would have high rpm's like it was climbing a hill. I told Chad that I had received an oil change and transmission flush from a local Denver Dodge dealership before our trip. It was agreed to have the service technicians investigate the transmission more to see they were any issues or damages caused by being overfilled. Half way through the day Chad called to inform me that the Denver Dodge dealership had not caused any damage by overfilling the transmission but did not change out the filters as I had requested and paid for. After consulting with Chad on what had been found it was determined the best thing to do was to have the technicians accomplish another transmission flush and filter change and ensure the fluid was filled to the proper levels. On the 3rd day Chad once again called when the dealership opened to inform me that they had completed the repairs late on the second day and my truck was finally ready and that he would send a driver out to pick me up from my campsite in Choctaw. Many thanks to Chad and the service technicians for getting the repairs done and ensuring there would be no issues on the return trip to Denver Colorado.
