Was very happy when I initially spoke with the salesperson and was told they would honor the internet pricing. By the time I was done, they had signed me up with Chrysler Capital with higher inte salesperson and was told they would honor the internet pricing. By the time I was done, they had signed me up with Chrysler Capital with higher interest than I would have paid at my bank, which was presented to me precisely when the bank closed. They also had secretly charged me with $4,000 for an extended warranty, which they never even mentioned. The real kicker was when I sat down and looked through everything and realized they had charged me well over the internet pricing by $6,000. I kept telling them that their numbers were not adding up to the internet price and they insisted it was because of the high cost of Chrysler financing, which I was shocked by, because I have good credit. The interest is only 5.99% Shame on you. I don't know who is to blame here, but I am very disappointed in the lack of transparency and duplicity of the finance people. And, just as a side note, I was there for almost 8 hours and no-one even offered me so much as a bottle of water and the bathroom was out of order. Also, some of the staff don't seem to understand that we are in a pandemic and walk around with no masks. More
