I have never had a more frustrating experience with a dealership. They have cars listed on their website, cars.com, truecar, and KBB at the same price on all sites. We send in a request for more information and were ready to buy the car on the spot. Once a rep from the dealership called us moments after submitting a request, she was friendly and confirmed the price on the website. We must have confirmed the price 5 times between our phone conversation and text exchanges. The following day we spoke to a lead sales rep/manager with some final questions making sure that what was posted online was what we were getting. They told us the price was not what was advertised everywhere, even on their OWN website, but that the price was actually $5,000 more. How infuriating. They lived up to the stereotype of car dealerships. Sleazy, dishonest, questionable business ethics, and deceptive advertising. It is shocking how much car dealerships seem to not care about selling their vehicles and make it difficult even when someone is ready to buy a car with cash in hand. Stay AWAY from this dealership. More

Took my truck in for scheduled maintenance and to repair a small leak. I had initially took the truck in the end of May for an inspection and to my surprised after going over everything, they didn't charge a small leak.
