I had 2 experiences for 1 purchase. The first experience my we went in and found the truck on their website. This is a long story but will make the review short. We went and drove the truck to the main lot and started talking to salesman. The first red flag was the ad, it was misleading and feel it is a bait and switch. In short, we asked if the salesman to work on the price, he stated "Nope", then we asked to talk to sales manager. He went in and then came out and stated "Have a nice days" and "thanks for coming in". Well that to me says please leave. The second visit I was guarded and was supposed to see the internet saleswoman again, same thing, she was busy. So we went with Chlante was great and thought the sales manager was to, the sales manager ended up be a snake. Finally started paperwork and that is where the sales manager showed his true self. Finally, got home and had a bad feeling about the deal. The Customer Service contacted me about the survey and we ended up having a conversation. She was really apologetic which made me feel better and said they were going to send the survey and for the terrible experience she would like to tent my windows and give me 4 oil changes. I felt much better after talking to her until the survey had issues getting to me. After going round and round she states "If you go on Google and Facebook and leave positive feedback she will proceed with what was offered". After thinking about it, I was convinced she didn't care about my experience and what was offered had strings attached. I then declined the offer because I was not going to lie and that was not the original deal. I sat down and sent a email to her with a full description of what happened and to please forward to GM. I did this because all I heard was the GM reads all reviews and cares about the experience. Well I guess that isn't the case, there was no reply, call or email. Dont get me wrong, Chlante was GREAT!! but that was a small part of the experience. I am not going to list names, except Chlante, they know who they are. So to finish, I WOULD NOT GO HERE TO BUY ANYTHING AGAIN!!!! More
