I feel like they were very hard to deal with. In my experience if you have any issues you get the run around and no one ever follows up unless you reach back out multiple times. It was difficult to get items that were promised and I had to follow up frequently to get it resolved. They also pestered me about giving them a good rating on the sales survey which I reluctantly did because I thought it would help encourage them to help with the issues I was having but the salesman ghosted me after that so I had to call their customer service rep and deal with them directly. Also, I found out the hard way they didn’t leave the key for my wheel locks in my new vehicle so when I had an issue the local tire shop and another dealer local to me didn’t have the correct key so I had to go nearly an hour away to a dealer that had one. I’m still going to have to pay to have the wheel locks taken off and purchase a new set for $100 because they don’t sell just the key. Overall, I haven’t enjoyed any part of my dealings with them and found it very stressful to contact them for anything. More
