I said numerous times if this was not even close to the deal to be honest and not waste my time they agreed. I arrive and The entire experience felt dishonest and manipulative. They could not honor the deal discussed on text with the sales person and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. More

Melanie & Austin were amazing! Melanie was a hoot and fun!! Austin was very sweet and working hard to move it along as fast as he could. But the wait to complete the deal was ridiculous... 5-1/2 hrs - We got there at 2:15 pm and didn't leave until almost 8 pm. I was so mad by the time it had taken all the happiness out of buying the new vehicle. We were starving and extremely frustrated. Do not like the signing of paperwork on my phone either. Website didn't function well and too small to actually read the numbers. Advertisement on radio about the $18,000 VERY MISLEADING. Also was told no payment for 90 days then get into finance and it's 45 days. Still not sure if they "threw" in the GAP for free - feel like we ended up paying for it by looking at the numbers when I got home. Salespeople were again, great!!! Rest of experience not so great. I wouldn't buy there again. More
