Service was good, thorough and completed. Hoped for a quicker turnaround but the wash bays were limited to one lane so it took a lot longer to get the free wash and vacuum. We received the sales contract, secured financing, and when we went to setup the delivery of the vehicle Minter calls and informs us that he has discovered they don’t even have said car on the lot. According to Minter, the vehicle had been taken from the dealership and used as a demo vehicle by the dealership owner’s wife. We were told the vehicle had over 1800 miles on it unbeknownst to either Minter or his sales manager. We asked for photos of the vehicle to see what condition the vehicle was in being this “new” vehicle has obviously been used for over 1800 miles. Minter informed us that he couldn’t provide pictures at that time. He said the vehicle was in the owner’s garage and he would need to get a flatbed trailer over to their house to tow it back to the dealership. After this phone call, Minter simply quit returning any phone calls and messages. We have not heard from anyone at the dealership since. They claim to be “the best Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership within a 850 mile radius in Oklahoma”, but we have found David Stanley Dodge to be the most unprofessional and unorganized dealership we have ever worked with. At this point I wouldn’t buy a box of popcorn from them. Don’t waste your time with this business. More
