By far the WORST experience I have EVER had at a dealership! Full of LIES, DECEIT, & THIEVES!! Make sure you go over that loan agreement with a fine tooth comb and DO NOT let them pressure you to si dealership! Full of LIES, DECEIT, & THIEVES!! I'm now paying $10,000 over internet price with a trade in and a down payment! Upside down on a vehicle I shouldn't be upside down on. They didn't honor the internet price, $2000 over internet price, saying "it's certified and that comes with fees, it's in the fine print", promised me Gap for free, which I'm paying for, didn't tell me they were only giving me $2500 on my trade in, seen that at the end which I asked several times before we got to financing. Just being told my car note would be paid off. (so I can look at it like either, I got Gap for free and they didn't give me xxxx on my trade in or I'm paying for Gap and they only completely low balled me on my trade in) these people are snakes!!!!! In financing, the manager came in twice with a xxxxxxxx line of "shuffling numbers" because I kept asking questions. Then made me feel bad for him with a story about having surgery on his hip and he shouldnt be walking that much. He even asked me not to make him have to come back in with any more questions. I'm angry. Shame on you David Stanley Dodge! And shame on me for not standing up for myself and my financial future & still signing the loan agreement when I felt 100% uncomfortable with the whole situation!!! Sneaky snakes!!! More

We had absolutely fantastic salesmen Kevin E. And Chris P I would highly recommend working with either of them. However once we got into financing we had a horrible experience. This was the last day of their 18k negative equity deal that we had heard advertised on the radio. Salesmen were great! We were there from noon till about 7. After sitting in the financing office for a while Kevin Mason came to inform us that we were not able to get the financing finalized due to the bank closing with the holidays and that they couldn’t fill up the vehicle due to the gas stations being closed.. we set a time to come back at 10am on Monday We show back up on Monday apparently we misunderstood Kevin Mason and we were supposed to wait for him to call us instead of showing up at 10am. Tuesday I called at noon to see if there was any update. Kevin Mason informed us that our financing had not been approved by the supervisors at the bank yet. How ever Our credit was then ran for a third time so I thought maybe there had been some traction. I called back around 4pm Kevin Mason insisted he would go find out if anything had come back and would call me right back. I did call the dealership back between 5:30-6 Kevin M. Was busy so I asked if he had a supervisor I could speak with. I got a voicemail so I left a voicemail asking for a call back. I did not hear back from anyone that day. Wednesday , around noon I called back asking if someone could tell us what was going on. Kevin Mason was busy again so I left a message with the receptionist to let Kevin Mason know we would like to please cancel anything to do with our purchase and requested a call back for confirmation. I never got a call back, as a last resort I did the texting option from the website. I spoke with a very nice individual who apologized and told me someone would be calling me. A few minutes later a nice individual called and let me know I would need to talk to Chris (unsure of last name) and that she would leave a message for him to call me back. Today is Thursday and I still have not received any contact back from anyone at the dealership. I understand that they were (or at least we thought ) were trying to help us out if a sticky situation with our current vehicle. However if there was any type of hiccups trying to get us financed or we didn’t get approved it would of been great to have that information communicated to us. It was unfortunate for our great salesmen to lose a sale. More
