The experience,while somewhat hectic at times, was both enjoyable and successful. This review represents my third car purchase from this dealership. The experience,while somewhat hectic at times, was both enjoyable and successful. The hectic part came from my attempting to do as much of the deal as possible by phone. We live about 65 miles from the dealership and, since we knew what we wanted, and had owned several dodge vehicles, I hoped to close the deal and just drive down and pick up our new truck. Special circustances made the perfection I had hoped for impossible. However, Shane was always courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful. He was patient with my pricing restrictions and searched high and low for just the right vehicle to fit my neeeds. When we found the vehicle, rather than my having to drive to the dealership to sign the paperwork, Shane made arrangements to have the paperwork brought to me at my home.Unfortunately the 2010 model that was promised to us from Texas was not made available. But because Shane had already made the deal and assured me the vehicle would be mine on Jan 4th, he offered me a 2011 model for the same price. Above and Beyond in my opinion. I picked up my new Ram 1500 the next day. I also would like to shine a light on Blake Durham who handled the financing of our vehicle. During this process Shane was off work for a couple of days and Blake stepped up and never missed a beat in putting this deal together. He handled all the incentives for me, redid the paperwork when we switched vehicles, etc. Now I know that the paperwork is his job, but as this was a deal with several issues like switching tow package from my trade in to the new vehicle Blake performed flawlessly. I have never met a finance manager who could be helpful, courteous, friendly and willing to help the customer as Blake. In short, both men are a credit to David Stanley Dodge and because of them I will continue to give them my business and direct others to do the same. Regards, Bob Walker More
Usually when people go to a car dealership, they expect to be bumbarded by sales people.. When i went to David Stanley Dodge after briefly speaking with Dustin, i was greeted and led straight to him.. He m to be bumbarded by sales people.. He was very caring, nice, and honest about the whole process * which i heard is uncommon these days*.. He was by far the most helpful car salesmen i think there ever could be.. There definetely needs to be more people like him! So if you are ever in need of a car, i strongly recommend seeing Dusitn Hudson at David Stanley Dodge on I-40! ty Dustin i love my altima!!!!! We went to this dealer with a specific new vehicle and total price/monthly price in mind. We had a great experience with our salesman, the test drive and with him explaining all of the benefits of buying a vehicle at this location. During our experience they never once got impatient with the back and fourth sessions on the pricing. They were very patient with us having our loud kiddos present also. I had spoke with Mr. Gatlin(Service Dept.) and made an appointment for 0930 hours on Tuesday December 21st, 2010. I arrived at 0930 and met with Mr. Gatlin who didn't have a clue as to why I was there. I told him, and he said okay they would look at the problem. After sitting in the showroom for 2 hours I went to check on the progress of my jeep and was told it would be awhile longer. Not being from OKC but rather 70 miles south of there, my wife and I were stuck and had planned on doing some Christmas shopping and then meet family at 1:30 in Norman Ok. They told us they did not have any courtesy cars but would get us a rental car. I did not wish to wait an additional hour for the rental to show up, and we told them to just give us our jeep. Mr. Gatlin arrived back in the show room and handed me my key and told me they "Thought" the problem was in an actuator switch. He then told me "you should have called and made an appointment" WHAT??? I politely informed him that it was he I spoke to on the phone to make the 0930 appointment, and he did not have a come back to that, other than to say "sometimes things like this happen" I had all intents and purposes planned on using David Stanley for all of my service jobs to keep the "Tires for Life" Plan that they offered. I will NOT be using them anymore, and they can keep their tires. Its not worth my time and money to spend 15-20 dollars on gas and then an additional 20 or so dollars for an scheduled oil change/service when I can get it done at my local dealership. I'll wash my jeep myself and have already made an appointment with my local dealership to have the afore mentioned problem taken care of. Also on a sidenote: The entire time my wife and I were sitting in the showroom waiting not a single David Stanley employee greeted us or asked if we needed anything. Now that some GREAT customer service. I could be more descriptive but I think over 2300 characters in this is enough and my fingers are tired. :) Merry Christmas everyone!!! Mike Baker Ada, OK. More

My wife went to the dealership looking to buy a new vehicle. Jason was not too pushy as some salesman are. We finally decided on a Charger and started with the financing options. Great bunch of guys to deal with, they were willing to deal with me more than my local dealership; Chaprell Dodge in Ada, and were far more friendlier than Carter County Dodge.
