I actually was in the market for an upgrade from my old Dodge truck. I was greeted pleasantly by Nick Bullard. He has a great personality, and helped me out with great ease on my new purchase of my new D Dodge truck. I was greeted pleasantly by Nick Bullard. In 31 years of my life of buying new vehicles I have never drove a new car off the lot with less than a full tank. When I pay $30,000.00 for a new truck I expect a full tank of gas and detailed. Although Nick do what he could, but the GM would not fill up my new truck. Nick did a great job though assisting me and I would refer him again to someone I know. As far as buying another vehicle from David Stanley - I probably will not buy anymore unless the GM ensures all customers buying new vehicles receive a full tank of gas. Thats just expected. I'm the paying customer and it's not our fault the gas prices/economy is the way it is. We are spending a lot of money and should be given what is expected. Other than that service was good. More

On my first visit the mechanic was told to replace the wrong parts. I spent 6 hrs at the dealership with my 2yr old. An I was assured that my truck was fixed. It was 2 days an 10 miles later I was back at the dealership with the same problem. Needless to say I was not happy John became my new S.A. He put me in a rental car an sent me an my son home. He let me know what was goin on an what needed to be done. An I was not to worry bout it. He would let me know when it was fixed. John is the only S.A. I will work with. More
I took my truck in to get the oil changed and to find out why the check engine light came on and stayed on. John called about 90 min. later to let me know the oil change was done and the engine light was due why the check engine light came on and stayed on. John called about 90 min. later to let me know the oil change was done and the engine light was due to problems in the fuel system, he explained what they were going to do and the cost of it, with that, I told him to procede. He let me know about 2 hrs. later that it was ready for me to pick up. I am very satisfied with the service I have received since buying my first Dodge pickup back in '06. Thank You John and all the techs that have worked on my truck. More
Omar was great to work with. He was knowledgeable about the product and was very respectful. He didn't try to rush me to make a purchase. Instead, he was patient and answered all of my questions. I brought a hard copy of the online sales promotion, which really facilitated the negotiation process. Richard, the finance manager, was very helpful as well. I also brought in rates from local banks and credit unions, which facilitated the financing process and assured that I received competitive rates. I would recommend Omar to anyone who wants to avoid the typical sales tactics. And I would recommend that you be an informed consumer before stepping foot in any dealership. More

From the minute I walked in the door I was treated with the utmost in respect. Chris was very knowledgeable in the products and once we located the vehicle we were looking for the process went very smooth. the utmost in respect. my over all experiance was good the staff was friendly and accomidating. The wait for finacing and paper work was a little long we were in the dealer ship for 2hrs working every thing out. But my credit was not the best and my husband had little to no credit they did find someone to finace us for a new car. More

I talked to him on the phone and told him exactly what the deal was, how upside down I was and what I wanted. He was very curtious and said he would get back with me. When he did, he said I can't get you an SUV but I have three vehicles that I can get you into. We decided to go look and was pleasantly surprised. He was very informtive. The paperwork process was very speedy and we did not have to be there for a long time. The car was delivered detailed and full of gas. Winston showed us some of the key features and said call him with any questions. Called him while on the road with several question and he walked us through everything.
