my over all experiance was good the staff was friendly and accomidating. The wait for finacing and paper work was a little long we were in the dealer ship for 2hrs working every thing out. But my credit was not the best and my husband had little to no credit they did find someone to finace us for a new car. More
I was upside down in a vehicle that I did not like. After talking to several other dealerships that would not even give us the time of day, I decided to look on line one more time and that is when I wa After talking to several other dealerships that would not even give us the time of day, I decided to look on line one more time and that is when I was connected with Winston. I talked to him on the phone and told him exactly what the deal was, how upside down I was and what I wanted. He was very curtious and said he would get back with me. When he did, he said I can't get you an SUV but I have three vehicles that I can get you into. We decided to go look and was pleasantly surprised. He was very informtive. The paperwork process was very speedy and we did not have to be there for a long time. The car was delivered detailed and full of gas. Winston showed us some of the key features and said call him with any questions. Called him while on the road with several question and he walked us through everything. We bought a 2011 Jeep Patriot on Feb. 23. We love the vehicle. Had some problems with the windowss, but it has been taken care of. We want to brag on Kevin Davis. The finance department was unethical boasting "warranty coupons" but sneaking it all into the The salesperson was great and extremely informative. The finance department was unethical boasting "warranty coupons" but sneaking it all into the financing contract. They neglected to mention that these coupons utilized for the extended warranty would also extend the length of the financing by about 2 years. The finance guy told me that the monthly payment would only change by $3/mo when I asked him to figure that on paper he kept saying, "I don't understand your question." I explained that he was trying to sneak an additional $3,000 on the contract and an extra $800 charge. However, $3 x 60 mos = $180, not the additional $3800. The sticker price on the vehicle wasn't even the starting poing on the contract. It was inflated by about $400. The trade-off vehicle payoff amount was also inflated and reported incorrectly on the contract to reflect an extra $500. I spoke with the Toyota financing dept today at approximately 3:00 PM and they said no one has called to confirm a payoff amount, meaning they are intending to only pay the current payoff amount, not the amount incorrectly reflected on the contract. Someone named Kathy from Dodge called only to verify the daily interest amount on the trade-off. Toyota also said that they have never heard of a 15 day retro payoff amount being quoted on the sales contract. They did say that they would cooperate with me when accounts payable from Dodge contacts them. They are going to provide me with the documentation on the pay-off: check number and amount of the check in writing so I can contact my lawyer. I fully intend on contacting the Better Business Bureau as well if I don't receive the difference between the payoff amount and the quoted payoff amount on the sales contract. More

I had tried to buy at two other dealerships first, but financing fell through. Steven took my info and went straight to work and got me the financing quickly and helped keep my payments manageable. I genuinely felt like he cared. No other dealership could make it happen, but steven did in a matter of about an hour. I'm greatful for his efforts and would recommend David Stanley to anyone, including family! Thanks! More
