My daughter was wanting to upgrade her current vehicle to a more roomier one due to the addition of her first child...soon. We had been searching for a small van to accomodate her new addition along with 2 dogs and 2 cats, when they traveled. We felt a van would serve the need better than a small SUV. Though I had not actually intended on purchasing a vehicle when I set out that day...I eventually did. My experience with Chris was very good. He was patient as I evaluated a couple of vans that did NOT meet my daughters needs (though they were very nice). Once I did a better job of indicating the exact needs I had, he managed to come up with a vehicle that fit the purpose exactly...both in price and in function. Naturally I would have liked a lower price...but hey, I got EXACTLY what I asked for, to my surprise. Chris was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. The only negative in the process was the time spent waiting for the financial transaction to take place...not Chris' fault. Overall a great experience. More

I had not heard anything good about David Stanley Dealerships. However, disgruntled Employees and Customers who don't get their way should not be a reason for me to look into this dealership. We drove onto the lot, got out of the car, was immediately greeted by Brandon. I must say that Brandon has a very outgoing personality! I always disliked car salesman because they come to you (arrogantly) and start telling you what you need, not Brandon. He asked what he could do for us! I immediately took to him. He was very Customer oriented through out thr whole process!! If I was still working for Southwest Airlines (retired now), I would hire him! I hope he keeps his wonderful Customer Service abilities throughout his career! Austin was the one that gave us figures. I'm still unclear of exactly what his role is in this process, and we're still not sure we got the whole truth from him about our trade in (I will be doing some research), however, we liked him. He did get a little defensive when I started asking fact finding questions that put him on the spot. But, with time and maturity I think he will learn to let fact finding questions that can put him on the spot not bother him. Don was the Finance person. He let us know upfront that he was new, but had been in the car business for years. We liked that he took time to tell us a little about himself. It eases the tension of the car buying experience, especially when you going to be spending a lot of money! He answered our questions in a timely manner. The only thing I was concerned about is that we killed so many trees with the paperwork. Oh well, that's my opinion... Overall experience was wonderful, and yes, We will recommend this dealership. Love our new Jeep!! Bill and Karen Update to comments above and the overall experience: We have changed some of our ratings. However,we are still very satisfied with Brandon and Don. I should have thought more about this survey before I submitted. As stated above, I did check with some other Dealerships about our trade in and they felt that you couIld have given us a little more money or possibly taken more off for the hail damage. Also, I think we were so excited about the Jeep we looked over how badly it had been detailed. Very poor job. Water streaks, carpet not vaccumed ect... Also, when spending this much money for a car, I think a complimentary tank of gas would have added to the Customer Experience. (this is the first time that I have not received a complimentary tank of gas) Now, someone ( I think Justin was his name) did call saying we will receive a 'first" free oil change. We'll see how that goes. My last concern is the fact that we did owe some money on the trade and was told that the Dealership would be paying that off. I am going to follow up with the finance company to make sure this is taken care of in a timely manner. I have learned a lot in the last couple of days by talking with other people who work at different Dealerships, and I will definately do my homework before buying another new car. We purchased our first Dodge Truck Monday 08-22-2011, 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 4 x 4 Big Horn. My husband and I were very pleased with our salesman Oscar and would like to thank him again for being first of 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 4 x 4 Big Horn. My husband and I were very pleased with our salesman Oscar and would like to thank him again for being first of all, professional, friendly, answering all of our questions, not being pushy and when my husband was being pushy and a bit assertive Oscar continued to remain professional. Our purchase didn't take long, which actually shocked me. David Stanley Dodge made our car buying experience, a wonderful experience and we would like to thank everyone that we came in contact with during our purchase. From our salesman Oscar to the sales manager, the finance manager Blake and last but not least the guys who detailed the truck before handing it over to us, because of all of you, we'll be back, thank you! Carlos(salesman) and Paul (finance) were just awesome to work with. I live 3 hours away from the dealership. Once we arrived at the dealership, Carlos had our vehicle out front and waiting for our test drive. We were able to negotiate a super deal on the truck I was looking for and it was as simple as that. We filled out a few items of paperwork and it wasnt long before I was in Pauls office for another great experience. Paul helped us with the remainder of the paperwork. We used the inhouse financing for the remainder of our balance and saved an additional $1000.00. Our credit was approved within minutes and we were on our way. While we were in the finance office, Carlos was getting the truck detailed and fueled up. It was a great experience and would not hesitate to make the drive next time im in the market for a truck. Thanks to Carlos and Paul for making our purchase an easy and smooth one. Its people like this that make buying a new vehicle special. Thanks again guys. See ya in a couple years. I went on line, Chance called quickly after. Got to dealership the next day, Chance and Shawn Met with me. Found the car I wanted and Financing got me thru pretty quick.
