the shopping procecess was good. when i got there they did not have the truck i wanted. they said it was in kansas and would be here soon. not that big of a deal. had a couple of other things arranged t did not have the truck i wanted. they said it was in kansas and would be here soon. not that big of a deal. had a couple of other things arranged to do to the truck but through a lack of communication on the dealerships part this was not taken care of when i arrived to get the truck. thanks to shane for coming down on a sunday to get me the keys. but becaues of the lack of communication, now i will have to make another trip to okc to get the matter resolved. 200 miles one way!!!!!. would recommend buying a car with david stanley, just need time and patience. More

They were very friendly and helpful to find a SUV that we could afford .they only showed us one SUV and let us drive it but we told them that we needed one to carry are 3 grand kids. Most unpleasant new-car buying experience ever for me. This was the second vehicle I bought from David Stanley. There won't be a third. I was told the vehicle I wanted to purchase was in the lot at the de This was the second vehicle I bought from David Stanley. There won't be a third. I was told the vehicle I wanted to purchase was in the lot at the dealership. It wasn't. Instead, it was in transit but would be there soon. I did purchase the vehicle after a somewhat unpleasant exchange with the sales manager. Agreed on price, options, etc and signed a purchase agreement for a specific vehicle with a specific VIN. Then, seven days into the wait, I was told there was a mistake in the VIN on the paper work and I would need to come in and re-sign a new purchase agreement with the correct VIN. The VIN wasn't incorrect. The vehicle had been sold to someone else. I ended up with a totally different car which had to be driven up from Houston. So now, my "new" car already has 654 miles on it. I understand that things go wrong and signals get crossed - but I would much rather be told upfront what's going on, rather than finding out at the end of the sale and being strung along. Instead, I kinda feel like I was tricked! More
Overall, I would recommend recommend this dealership not only for the product line, but for the customer service I received. The only reason that I did not max it out is that I had some small issues (mecha only for the product line, but for the customer service I received. I rated price the lowest because less than 72 hours after I bought my car, they began offering a 6K rebate on the vehicle I purchased...not the dealerships fault. More
I found the car on the internet and Marysol did a great job of anwsering my questions and getting me the extra information that resulted in my making the trip to OKC from AR.
