I have been to this dealership twice now and purchased 2 vehicles from Roger Smith with in the last 7 months. On both occasions he went out of his way to get me to the payment and terms I wanted on both veh vehicles from Roger Smith with in the last 7 months. I do have to say that all the sales staff that work there are very friendly and make you feel at home. Every time Roger had to talk to a manager another salesman would always come by and say hi and make sure I was doing fine. More

First off let me start by saying that I am a Firefighter in the Oklahoma city area. My job involves integrity, honor and a very clear cut mission. My daughter went in there to look at a vehicle over the weekend and after 2 hours of sitting in an office, finally test drove a car and decided that she liked it. She also had pre approval from her bank on a 10k loan at 4% interest. By the time she walked out of this dealership, she had signed up for a loan through their financing and these are the terms: 72 months @ 19% for a $9500 vehicle. That equates to $18,000 for a 07 vehicle. It will be 10 years old when it's paid off if she can't get it refinanced somewhere else. Not only did they take advantage of a girl buying her first car on her own, they made comments about how I should have co-signed (again) for a car loan. At some point, a person needs to get out on their own and according to Mr. Cagle, everyone has to got through an unheard of interest loan to build their credit. Mr. Cagle was unprofessional, rude and very arrogant. I can see why he is a used car salesman. Know your role, take care of the customer and don't ever take advantage of a person just because they are young and have a credit score around 600. I will make sure the rest of my fellow Firefighters and their families know all about this dealership and their practices. And of course, we will still uphold our integrity every day and do our job in a professional manner. Can't say the same for this place. More

I have bought many trucks from justin over past 10 or 12 years. Justin is a very honest and works very hard to get his customers the very best deal possible. The service after someone asked us how we were was GREAT!!! When we first got there, not so good. Only because we talked to someone about the deal we wanted to make right before we left the house. She got our information, but did not give us her name. When we first got there, we wanted to make sure credit was given where credit was due, but the two girls at the counter were not helpful at all. They did not give their names, however they told us it was not either one of them we talked to and did not bother finding out who it was we talked to, but let us know they only had 4 females there. So the lady we spoke with got no credit, which I don't really care if she did or not, since she didn't care. Brandon, our salesperson was AWESOME and quite cute if I might add, and Shane Romee just totally made my day, week, month and year. He was quite AWESOME also. I got the perfect vehicle with little effort. Excellent service!!!!!!! More
